Shima Seiki to show at International Apparel Sourcing Show

Shima Seiki of Wakayama, Japan, in collaboration with its U.S. subsidiary Shima Seiki USA will be exhibiting at the International Apparel Sourcing Show, shown alongside Texworld USA in New York next month.

On show will be the latest version of the company’s SDS-ONE APEX3 3D apparel design workstation for promoting its design and simulation features aimed at the apparel and textile industries.

Domestic resources strong at Texworld USA

Though known as an overseas sourcing show, supply and demand for domestic resources is said to remain strong at Texworld USA. In a post-show attendee survey conducted after the January 2011 edition of Texworld USA, 48% of respondents indicated a desire to meet more domestic resources at the show.
